I’m Cedric Montclair, the founder and maker behind Rustic Social. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with wood in workshops across the UK, from the Lake District to the Welsh borders. What started as a passion for restoring old farm tables grew into a commitment to ethical design. I believe great furniture isn’t just seen—it’s felt. It should ground you, inspire calm, and remind you of the hands that made it. That’s why every piece I create carries my signature, and every material is traceable.
Too much of today’s furniture is made quickly, shipped far, and discarded sooner.
